The problem

Monday, quarter past ten. Three customers are standing at the service desk with their keys in hand, a technician is waiting for a signature, and the phone has been ringing for four minutes. The person calling to book a service tries once, maybe twice. Then they ring the next dealership.

Hiring another person to cover the morning rush means paying a full salary for a problem that lives in a few hours a week. Emma costs less, and she answers in the evening too.

Recruiting and training receptionists takes weeks. Demand spikes overnight. Evenings, weekends, bank holidays. You can't staff your way out of a problem that never stops.

You decide when Emma picks up.
Each showroom and workshop chooses the moment: when nobody answers, when the line is busy, or outside opening hours. The rest of the time your team answers as usual. When several calls come in together, Emma takes them in parallel, up to the number of lines on your plan.
She collects what the service desk needs.
Name and contact details, model or registration, sales or service, type of work, preferred day and time. Nobody has to repeat themselves when you call back.
She sends the request to your CRM like a website lead.
At the end of the call Emma fills in an ADF email and sends it to your CRM. If your website already passes leads to the CRM this way, Emma does exactly the same. Your team finds them in the usual place and works them the way it already does.
She knows which site the call came from.
Every showroom and workshop has its own Emma number, so each request arrives tagged with the right site instead of landing in a shared queue.
She hands over to a person when needed.
Urgent calls, or calls that need a human, are transferred to your team.
She speaks the caller's language.
More than 30 languages, detected automatically. It matters in tourist areas and near borders, where the driver stuck with a car that won't start often doesn't speak yours.
She answers after hours.
Evenings, Saturday afternoons, public holidays. The request is waiting in your CRM when your team opens up.

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
Will the dealership phone number change?
No. Customers call the same number as always. Emma answers when your site forwards the call because nobody picked up, the line is busy or you're closed.
Can Emma book workshop appointments?
Yes, if your workshop diary has an open API: she checks availability and confirms the slot during the call. If not, she sends the request with the preferred day and time to your CRM, and your team confirms.
How is Emma different from a dealership answering service?
A traditional answering service puts a person with a script on the line to take a message. Emma answers straight away at any hour, in more than 30 languages, and sends a structured lead into your CRM instead of a message someone has to retype. When a caller needs a person, she transfers them to your team.
How does a request reach my CRM?
As an ADF email, sent automatically at the end of the call. Your CRM treats it like a lead from your website.
Does it work for groups with several sites?
Yes. Every site has its own Emma number and every request arrives with the right site. Costs and timings for several sites are agreed in the contract.
How long does it take to go live?
Timing depends on your CRM and how many sites you have, and we confirm it in the demo.
Does Emma replace the service desk or the sales team?
No. She takes the calls your team can't get to. Service advisors and salespeople stay with the customers in front of them.
Where is my data?
RingBoost AI is an EU based company and Emma runs on SOC 2 Type II audited, GDPR compliant infrastructure based in Europe and subject to EU regulation.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Emma introduces herself as a virtual assistant at the start of every call, as the EU AI Act requires.
When your team can't pick up, Emma does.
