He knows exactly what it feels like when the phone rings during a packed service and there's no one to answer it. He knows the maths of razor-thin margins and the weight of keeping a business alive.

That firsthand experience, not a market report, not a whiteboard session, is what drives every product decision at RingBoost AI. When he saw the same problem repeating across clinics, salons, law firms, and gyms, the mission became clear: build the AI receptionist that every service business deserves.

Nathalie spent 15 years selling technology solutions across industries, developing an eye for what good software actually looks like and what bad implementation costs a business. Then she did something most tech executives never do: she went and worked the floor.

She ran a restaurant alongside Gabriele, experiencing firsthand the gap between what technology promises and what a real business actually needs. What happens if I exceed my included minutes?

You receive an alert at 80% of your included minutes. Any excess is billed at the Effective Per-Minute Rate (your Monthly Plan Fee ÷ Included Minutes). Alternatively, purchase Add-On Bundles at any time. Unused Add-On Minutes roll over one billing cycle then expire automatically.

What is the contract length and renewal policy?

The initial term is 12 months from your Service Start Date, after which it auto-renews for successive 12-month periods. Either party may stop renewal by giving 60 days' written notice before the end of the current term.

Can I cancel or terminate early?

You may not terminate for convenience during the term. Early termination requires payment of all Monthly Plan Fees for the remaining months of the current term, plus any accrued unpaid charges.

What are my billing options?

Monthly billing, or Annual Upfront (get 17% discount on yearly bill). EU clients pay in EUR; US clients pay in USD.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next Billing Cycle. No proration applies unless required by law or expressly stated by RingBoost AI.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup fees are variable and depend on scope: number of locations, languages enabled, integration complexity, routing schedules, and knowledge base depth. Your exact Setup Fee is confirmed in the Order Form before you sign.

What if Emma can't answer or needs to escalate?

Emma transfers the call to your team in real-time, with full call context provided. During onboarding you configure escalation contacts, routing schedules, and custom FAQs so Emma handles the vast majority of enquiries autonomously.

Is my data protected? GDPR / CCPA compliant?

Yes. RingBoost AI powered by FoodVision23 Ltd is incorporated in Cyprus (EU). EU clients: GDPR and ePrivacy Directive. US clients: CCPA/CPRA Service Provider will not sell or share your data. Default retention: 30 days. Data breach notification within 72 hours where required.

Does Emma guarantee bookings or revenue outcomes?

No. RingBoostAI provides the AI Receptionist infrastructure. Emma captures and routes enquiries; actual booking confirmation and revenue depend on your operations. No specific commercial results are warranted or guaranteed.
